This role is based in Diamond Flower Tower Office
Senior Sales Executive is the key point of contact between Informa Markets in Vietnam and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing exhibition services. Senior Sales executive will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts and meeting revenue targets. They will also collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and provide excellent customer service. This position is to work at Informa Markets in Vietnam under Infrastructure & Utilities portfolio.
1. Sales Management & Target Achievement
- Manage domestic and international sales activities in Vietnam to meet regional and project targets
- Responsible for meeting local sales targets & rebooking onsite
- Identify clients' needs, maintain relationships (mostly with senior positions), and increase revenue with existing clients
- Handle day-to-day client requirements and ensure high-quality customer service
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Search and evaluate new prospects, pipelines, build up exhibitor database, and conduct market research
- Develop relationships with potential clients to expand customer network and company's market share in local industry
- Research market trends and expand customer base for exhibitor promotion for current trade shows and new launches
3. Industry Relations & Brand Development
- Maintain strong relationships with relevant Embassies and Associations
- Develop brand awareness and industry-specific knowledge, including competitor events
- Keep up to date and analyze competitors' activities
4. Customer Support & Documentation
- Provide customer support for exhibitors and sales agents
- Assist with pre- and post-show documentation
- Support review of Exhibitor Manual Forms and assist customers in completing required forms
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Closely coordinate with offices worldwide within network in managing exhibitions, overseas sales teams, and agents for prospects and customer services
- Collaborate with Marketing Department on promotional activities and exhibitor promotion campaigns
- Coordinate with Operations Department on all operational matters
- Work with Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze show success and prepare comprehensive reports
- Monitor after-sales services and customer satisfaction
- Compile and analyze sales figures for regional sales reports
7. Management Support
- Directly report to and assist Line Manager in various sales matters and strategic initiatives
8. Other Duties
- Support other tasks & customer service activities as assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business development and Customer management.
- Experience in B2B Event Sales and lead generation
- Experience in Water, Energy or Construction sectors is a plus
- Knowledge and Background from Renewable Energy, Power and Industrial Engineering sectors are preferred
- Strong command of English and strong presentation skill
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Able to work under high pressure
- Target oriented and teamwork
