Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
- You will offer support to the Project Manager in pre-order phase (forecast updates, clarification of technical content etc.);
- You will receive and process sample orders from the customer;
- You will confirm the technical definition with the Project Manager;
- You will ensure that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant;
- You will inform the customer about the planned delivery dates;
- You will distribute the sample delivery plan to customer and internally after each meeting with the Project Manager;
- You will ensure and follow customer communication;
- You will ensure and follow internal communication with Plant
Qualifications
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor's degree;
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, procurement, accounting, or other similar fields of activity;
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level;
- You have experience working with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
