Möchtest du mit verschiedenen Fertigungsbereichen am Standort zusammenarbeiten und dabei Prozesse optimieren? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
- Du optimierst Wertströme und gestaltest Produktions- sowie Logistikabläufe verschwendungsarm.
- Vielseitige technische und organisatorische Fragestellungen bearbeitest du eigenverantwortlich.
- Gemeinsam definierst du werksweite Standards für Arbeitsabläufe, Ergonomie und Zeitwirtschaft.
- Du arbeitest an strategischen und operativen Themen im Bereich Lean Management (BPS) und Prozessoptimierung.
- Verantwortung für eigene Projekte, beispielsweise in der Materialversorgung oder Taktzeitoptimierung, übernimmst du.
- Die Planung verschwendungsarmer Fertigungskonzepte für neue Produkte unterstützt du aktiv.
- Aspekte der Zeitwirtschaft und Arbeitsplatzgestaltung analysierst du selbstständig und setzt Verbesserungsprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fertigungsbereichen um.
- Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Workshops, Trainings und Veranstaltungen.
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionsmanagement, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: kommunikativer Teamplayer, der zuverlässig und engagiert vorgeht
- Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch

Beginn: ab September 2026
Dauer: 6 Monate (ausschließlich Pflichtpraktikum gem. SPO möglich)
