This position requires exceptional communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools.
