Job Description
Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community functions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including logistics, venue booking, and vendor management.
- Support the development and distribution of promotional materials and invitations.
- Manage event registration processes and maintain attendee databases.
- Coordinate on-site event setup, including signage, equipment, and catering arrangements.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
