Job Description
Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our event sales operations by coordinating and supporting all aspects of the event sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the event sales process from lead generation to event execution.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and event contracts to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the event sales database and CRM system to track leads and client interactions.
- Assist the sales team with client communication, including answering inquiries and providing event information.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales coordination, event planning, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
