Job Description
- Administrar carteira de clientes de médio e grande porte do segmento Financeiro.
- Desenvolver relacionamento consultivo com decisores (C-level, diretoria, gerentes).
- Garantir alto nível de satisfação e fidelização (retenção / renovação).
- Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell (novos produtos e serviços).
- Atingir e superar metas de receita (MRR/ARR).
- Entender profundamente o negócio do cliente (segmento, desafios, riscos).
- Elaborar propostas comerciais customizadas.
- Atuar em conjunto com áreas de produto, marketing, CS, pré-vendas e pós-vendas.
- Levar feedback estruturado dos clientes para evolução de soluções.
- Administrar KPIs: Crescimento (% YoY) | Taxa de retenção / churn | Receita incremental (upsell/cross-sell) | NPS / satisfação do cliente
Qualifications
- Ensino Superior | Experiência em Gestão de Carteira de Clientes acima de 5 anos
