Job Description
- Manage a Team of Supervisors to meet the Targets and to have under control CONTRACTOR activity
- Support together Engineering to solve technical issues referred to design, installation, or testing
- Manage properly the applicable standards and ensure compliance
- Can drive the transition from CONSTRUCTION to COMMISSIONING stage
- Manage the relationship and targets with CONTRACTOR
- Produce proper report about targets, achievements, identifying weaknesses and challenges with CONTRACTOR
- Identify critical activities and deviations, providing solutions
- Enforce Project SAFETY rules and values
- Lead by the example
- Be familiar with the standards in force in Saudi Arabia or Aramco's standards
- Master the activity at the level of a complete package
Qualifications
Engineering/Diploma degree
Additional Information
Duration - 1 year, renewable
6 days a week work in Jubail
5 rotations allowed with a budget allowed for flights, depending on country of origin
