We are looking for a friendly and efficient Restaurant Counter Cashier to be the welcoming face of our brand. You will manage transactions, assist guests with orders, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from first contact to final payment.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu
· Accurately process orders via POS system
· Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions responsibly
· Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen team
· Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
· Maintain a clean and organized counter and front-of-house area
Requirements
· 1–2 years of cashier or customer service experience (restaurant preferred)
· Proficiency in using POS systems and handling payments accurately
· Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
· Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
· Customer-first mindset with a cheerful and professional demeanor
· Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
