We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and lead our culinary team. You will ensure that food production runs smoothly, standards are consistently met, and the kitchen operates efficiently across all service periods.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff during daily operations
· Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently to recipe and quality standards
· Oversee mise en place, station readiness, and kitchen workflow across all sections
· Train, mentor, and performance-manage kitchen team members
· Monitor food inventory, minimize waste, and communicate stock needs to management
· Enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Requirements
· 5–7 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment
· Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a kitchen setting
· Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and food production
· Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
· Good communication skills in English
· Ability to lead a team calmly and effectively under pressure
· Experience in Asian or Hawaiian cuisine is an advantage
