Key Responsibilities:
►Supporting and coordinating processes within the assigned functional area, while ensuring the effective execution and continuous optimization of standardized tasks.
►Planning, implementing and monitoring activities to secure high-quality outcomes, and making informed decisions related to individual aspects of your responsibilities.
►Collaborating with relevant stakeholders on core functional matters, identifying solutions within existing standards, and contributing to their occasional enhancement as needed.
►Carrying out additional duties assigned by the employer to support overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
►A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, complemented by 2–3 years of experience in personnel administration; SAP knowledge is considered a strong advantage.
►Proven track record working in a multinational environment, ideally within a Shared Service Center, enabling effective operation in diverse and structured settings.
►An analytical and proactive mindset paired with excellent communication and organizational skills, supporting both independent work and cross-functional collaboration.
►The ability to make well-founded decisions and identify suitable solutions autonomously, while confidently coordinating routine matters across various hierarchical levels within your area of expertise.
►Proficiency in both Hungarian and English, in written and spoken form, ensuring seamless communication in an international context.
