Offer Calculation Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Offer Calculation Expert to join our team and work in a collaborative environment together with the global sales and project teams.

As an Offer Calculation Expert, you will:

• Contribute with financial insights that enable transparent and reliable decision-making.
• Prepare and consolidate offer and EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) calculations for acquisition projects.
• Evaluate commercial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and profitability scenarios while reviewing cost assumptions and documentation.
• Aid with the assessment of cost-reduction measures and scenario simulations.
• Drive financial evaluations related to change requests and new requirements in ongoing projects.
• Analyze the evolution of project profitability from acquisition to the start of production.
• Ensure accurate maintenance and correct data visualization in relevant CRM/ IT tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Controlling, Commercial Finance, Purchasing Controlling, or plant-related financial functions. 

Experience in project-based or acquisition-driven environments is preferred.

Knowledge:

• Financial & Business acumen.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of EBIT logic and cost structures.
• Experience with financial systems and digital tools.
• Power BI is an advantage.

• Data quality & accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive approach with strong solution orientation.

Languages:

English proficient user, German is an advantage.
