Our Quality Management department at Building Technologies is facing exciting changes. We're reframing our processes, systems, and organizational structure to meet emerging challenges head-on. This presents a unique opportunity to rethink, reprioritize, and reshape our approach to quality excellence. As a small but globally connected team, we tackle diverse challenges across the complete product lifecycle to support business needs and develop the strong Quality Culture of Bosch.
- Manage deviations and customer complaints with a structured, solution-oriented approach;
- Organize and lead problem-solving workshops and trainings;
- Develop and implement effective problem-solving tools across teams;
- Define and analyze quality KPIs;
- Design and optimize quality management processes;
- Support and prepare for external audits and regulatory inspections;
- Ensure quality standards are embedded in development processes;
- Contribute to customized quality models in contract manufacturing projects;
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management;
- Proven project experience;
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI development.
- Knowledge:
- Problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, SHainin, etc.);
- Quality tools and software;
- Fundamentals in audit procedures and requirements (including ISO 9001).
- Languages:
- Mandatory English skills (C1 level);
- German skills are a plus.
- Personality:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Detail-oriented, with innovative thinking;
- Effective team player with good collaboration skills;
- Result-oriented;
- Resilient.
