Specialist Procurement Operations (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a Specialist Procurement Operations (m/f/d) to join our dynamic purchasing team in Chișinău, Moldova.

What you will do: 

• Ensure smooth day-to-day procurement operations to maintain the momentum of our high-volume e-commerce workflows.
• Monitor and carefully review all operational purchasing processes, proactively identifying bottlenecks and securing workflow alignment.
• Communicate confidently with internal and external partners, managing everyday email alignment with international suppliers and customers.
• Own inquiry management end-to-end, which includes handling order cancellations, verifying tracking statuses, processing credit notes or refunds, and coordinating seamless returns.
• Secure on-time delivery for our end customers by driving close, reliable and value-oriented coordination with our vendor network.

Qualifications

What you bring to the role: 

• You hold a university degree in Commerce, Economics or a related discipline. Having initial professional experience within operational purchasing is highly desirable, as is a strong interest in IT-driven procurement tools.
• You possess a high level of analytical thinking alongside strong organisational skills, enabling you to manage multiple transactional processes effectively.
• You are deeply service-oriented, with a natural ability to understand different perspectives and provide optimal solutions for internal and external stakeholders alike.
• ou are recognised for your conscientiousness, efficiency and absolute reliability when working under minimal supervision.
• You are fluent in Russian and have intermediate English skills (written and spoken) to thrive in our international environment. Knowledge of German is considered a distinct asset.
