Specialist Invoice Verification (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a Specialist Invoice Verification (m/f/d) to monitor and reconcile stock data and supplier invoices. You will analyze discrepancies, identify stock variances in the ERP system, and use Excel and AWS to transform large datasets into accurate, structured reports while collaborating with international suppliers and cross-functional teams across Germany, Ukraine, and Poland to resolve issues and improve processes.

What you will do: 

• Monitor and reconcile inventory levels systematically against supplier invoices and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and analyse discrepancy reports, identifying stock variances and shortages within the ERP system (AWS).
• Utilise AWS and Microsoft Excel on a daily basis to perform data analysis, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with global suppliers to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Germany, Ukraine, and Poland to support operational efficiency and resolve inventory-related issues.

Qualifications

What you bring to the role: 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field.
• Initial professional experience in a similar role within invoice verification, accounting, or inventory control—ideally within an international e-commerce or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems, alongside an excellent command of MS Office tools (particularly Microsoft Excel).
• Strong analytical thinking with a structured, conscientious, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• High attention to detail with the ability to catch errors quickly, work reliably under pressure, and manage your daily tasks independently and transparently.
• Excellent communication skills with an open, collaborative mindset that thrives in a multi-location, international environment.
• Fluent in Russian and an intermediate level of English to align smoothly with our global colleagues and business partners.
