Management Trainee (f/m/x)

Job Description

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the Corporate Services division and the company by actively contributing to a variety of operational and strategic topics and projects
• Independently manage project tasks and gradually take ownership of projects
• Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates
• Act as an interface between Corporate Services and other business units, as well as subsidiaries and sister companies
• Support the Division Manager in day-to-day business, including cost, workforce, and investment planning
• Take on temporary leadership responsibilities as preparation for the next career step

Qualifications

• Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) and initial professional experience in an industrial company
• Solid understanding of business administration
• Strong affinity for IT; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• High level of responsibility and the ability to work independently
• Strong self-motivation and a commitment to achieving outstanding results together with the team
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for collaborating with different business units and working on a wide variety of tasks
• Willingness to work abroad for an extended period of time

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
