Internal Sales

Job Description

In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Roma and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve:

• Provide tailored solutions and in-store experience that inspires and engages our customers
• Manage sales orders, quotations, and customer projects with accuracy and attention to detail
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
• Respond promptly to customer queries and conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction 
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely order fulfilment

Qualifications

• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded, otherwise we will provide the product training! 
• Forklift Licence
• Current valid drivers licence
