Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Functional Analyst:

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central liaison between business teams, project management, and technical stakeholders, ensuring continuous communication and alignment.
  • Organise and lead cross-functional workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, align on processes, and drive decision-making.
  • Analyse current (AS-IS) business processes and design target (TO-BE) processes, ensuring consistency, feasibility, and alignment with project constraints.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements, translating them into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain functional documentation including specifications, process flows, and design decisions, ensuring traceability and clarity.
  • Support agile delivery activities by managing backlogs, refining user stories, and tracking progress using Azure DevOps.
  • Monitor implementation progress by identifying risks, dependencies, issues, and coordinating their resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to testing activities, including functional validation, defect tracking, and ensuring quality of delivered solutions.
  • Define and validate user experience, ensuring usability, accessibility, and alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Support change management and adoption, including preparation of training materials, user documentation, and end-user support during rollout.
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or requirements engineering
  • Proven experience in defining requirements to improve business processes and systems
  • Strong experience in business analysis activities, including investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of business goals, processes, and data
  • Experience in developing and refining functional specifications and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ability to quickly understand new business areas, including their objectives, processes, and policies, as well as effectively collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (PSPO I) or CBAP will be considered as an asset.
  • Background in financial services will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Teams , SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Integration across Microsoft 365 components Azure cloud environment, including Azure DevOps for backlog management, user story tracking, and defect management
  • Excellent knowledge of English equal to C1 or above
