Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing enquiries related to logistics, parcel tracking, and delivery status within the customer support services framework.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve delivery exceptions, delays, and order discrepancies efficiently and professionally, ensuring a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate closely with internal logistics teams, courier partners, and warehouse operations to provide accurate, real-time updates to customers regarding their shipments.
- Process customer requests including returns, re-deliveries, address amendments, and compensation claims in accordance with established company policies and service level agreements.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, case resolutions, and follow-up actions within the CRM system, maintaining a precise and up-to-date record of each engagement.
- Proactively identify recurring delivery or logistics issues and escalate feedback to the relevant operational teams to drive continuous service improvement.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge when representing the client brand to Dutch-speaking customers throughout the customer support process.
- Meet and consistently exceed individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution rates, and average handling time targets.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential for this role, as all customer interactions will be conducted in Dutch.
- A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
- A solid level of English communication skills (B2 or above) is required for internal team collaboration and training purposes.
- Previous experience in customer support services, logistics, e-commerce, or a related field is highly advantageous, though motivated candidates with strong communication skills are warmly encouraged to apply.
