Requirements

Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate professionally and confidently with German-speaking travellers
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
A good command of English to facilitate internal communication and collaboration within a multicultural team environment
Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, or travel industry role is highly advantageous, though motivated candidates with a strong service orientation will also be considered
