Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — a strong command of German at C1 or C2 level is required
Valid EU passport or the legal right to work and reside within the European Union (mandatory)
Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, or travel industry role is highly advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex customer enquiries calmly and professionally
