Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and consistently exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction ratings, average handling time, and first-contact resolution rates within the customer support services framework.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
  • Valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory.
  • A strong background or genuine interest in the medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sector is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer support services, call centre operations, or a client-facing role is preferred, though motivated candidates with transferable skills are warmly encouraged to apply.
