Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Dutch-speaking customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner, representing a leading international coffee brand.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, including information about coffee blends, brewing equipment, subscription services, and Food & Beverage offerings from the brand's portfolio.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring a positive resolution that upholds the brand's premium reputation in the Food & Beverage market.
  • Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using internal CRM and order management systems.
  • Educate customers on new product launches, seasonal promotions, loyalty programmes, and exclusive Food & Beverage offerings tailored to the Dutch-speaking market.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal departments while maintaining full ownership of the customer journey until resolution.
  • Record all customer interactions with accuracy and attention to detail in accordance with company data protection and quality assurance policies.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the Dutch-language customer experience and contribute to overall service quality targets.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — this is a non-negotiable requirement for all applicants.
  • Valid EU passport or national ID (mandatory for employment eligibility).
  • A genuine passion for customer service excellence and the ability to represent a premium Food & Beverage brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage Dutch-speaking customers with empathy, patience, and clarity.
