Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering outstanding support across phone, email, and live chat channels within a professional customer support services environment.
- Accurately identify customer needs, resolve enquiries efficiently, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction on every interaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues in a calm and professional manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.

- Adhere to all company quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance guidelines at all times.
- Continuously develop product and service knowledge to provide customers with accurate, up-to-date information and guidance.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a non-negotiable requirement for all applicants.
- A valid EU passport is mandatory to be eligible for this position.
