Director of Finance - Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay

Job Description

• Oversee daily Finance department operations and establish departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Direct financial planning and budget management; monitor monthly operating results against budget
• Manage debt financing and debt service payments; prepare annual financial reports and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
• Direct financial audits, provide procedural improvement recommendations, and serve as primary legislative liaison on financial matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Additional certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems
