Work Setup: Onsite (Cubao, QC)
Core Purpose:
- End‑to‑end management of Request for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQs), and bid desk requests
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of Request for Proposal (RFP) / Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) experience
- High‑volume bid handling
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (daily interaction with Sales and partner teams).
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple time-sensitive requests simultaneously.
Must‑Have Skills / Tools:
- Salesforce
- Loopio
- MS Word / Adobe
Responsibilities:
- Manage RFP & DDQ completion
- Coordinate cross‑functional inputs
- Track bid status & SLAs
- Create and maintain proposal templates, standard content library, pricing calculators, and compliance checklists
- Coordinate cross-functional contributors (sales, legal, finance, product, delivery) to collect inputs and approvals on technical, commercial, and legal sections
