Prepare and hand over new apartments prior to their launch and operation.
Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, and air-conditioning works.
Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of electrical appliances and essential installations.
Assemble, move, and install furniture and equipment.
Coordinate and supervise cleaning teams, technicians, and external contractors.
Manage and monitor maintenance requests in collaboration with the Guest Relations team, providing prompt solutions when required.
Provide apartment access to guests, property owners, utility providers, and other external partners.
Facilitate apartment viewings and presentations for prospective clients and third parties.
Monitor inventory, tools, and warehouse equipment, while managing orders and deliveries.
Input and update information in the company's internal systems.
Source, evaluate, and manage local suppliers and external contractors.
Contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality and guest experience across all properties.

Requirements

Previous experience in property maintenance, technical work, or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
Practical and organized approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Team player with a positive and service-oriented mindset.
Experience with inventory management or stock control systems will be considered an advantage.
Valid driver's license.
