Job Description We are seeking a Director of Clinical Quality Improvement (DCQI) to provide strategic oversight for our quality and patient safety programs, performance improvement, and accreditation.

• Lead and integrate Quality and Performance Improvement (QA/PI) activities hospital-wide.

• Directly manage and mentor Quality/PI department staff and operational infrastructure.

• Validate and report crucial data points to optimize clinical outcomes.

• Ensure continuous organization-wide survey readiness and act as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies (The Joint Commission, CMS).

• Partner with Medical Staff to align quality goals with evidence-based practices.

• Maintain strict adherence to all HIPAA policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in a patient-care related field.

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

• Experience: 5 to 7+ years of dedicated QA/PI experience in a healthcare environment, with proven management and leadership experience.

• Certification: CPHQ designation preferred (or eligible to obtain within two years of hire).
