The Challenge

A key challenge of the Systems Analyst role is to ensure the continuous support, uptime, and availability of critical production systems as the primary responsibility, while aligning systems with evolving business needs. The role requires balancing operational stability with project delivery, maintaining data integrity, managing integrations, and delivering accurate, timely reporting to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements for the position

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field
• 3–4 years of relevant IT experience in a business analysis environment
• Proven experience supporting operational production systems, databases, and reporting platforms
• Experience in Ampla and Historian environments will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Power BI, Visual Studio)
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and system integration (industrial or mining environment advantageous)
• Valid Code B driver’s license (Manual License)
