Work Setup: Work from Home
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content
- Planning and coordinating skills assessments and training
- Providing instruction and guidance to trainers; may facilitate training during introduction of new courses
- Developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness
- May include the design of computer-based training programs.
- May select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Articulate 360 experience
- Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, or After Effects or other related tools
