👉Vous assisterez le Cluster Revenue Manager dans ses missions quotidiennes, notamment :
- Vous collecterez et analyserez des données de performance (passées, actuelles et futures) relatives aux hôtels du cluster (taux d'occupation, prix moyen, RevPAR, etc.).
- Vous participerez à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies de revenue management pour chaque établissement du cluster, en tenant compte des objectifs de rentabilité, des caractéristiques de chaque hôtel et des conditions du marché.
- Vous suivrez et analyserez des résultats des actions mises en place et proposition d'ajustements si nécessaire.
- Vous collaborerez avec les équipes terrain (réception, commercialisation, etc.) pour comprendre les besoins spécifiques de chaque hôtel et garantir la cohérence des stratégies de revenue management.
- Vous contribuerez à la réalisation de reportings et de présentations à destination de la direction.
- Vous veillerez sur les tendances du marché et les innovations en matière de revenue management.
Qualifications
👉Profil idéal :
- De formation en bac+5 minimum en hôtellerie, tourisme, économie, gestion ou marketing, vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le revenue management et les techniques d'optimisation des revenus.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec l'analyse de données et à la manipulation de tableaux de bord.
- Vous êtes connu(e) pour votre rigueur, organisation, et votre capacité à travailler de manière autonome. Vous êtes curieux(se) et savez prendre des initiatives dans un environnement dynamique.
- Doté(e) de bonnes capacités de communication en français et en anglais, vous aimez travailler en équipe.
