Vous assurez l’accueil et la satisfaction des clients tout au long de leur séjour.
Vos principales missions incluent :
L’accueil physique et téléphonique des clients (check-in / check-out)
Le traitement des mails et des réservations
La gestion des arrivées et des départs
La tenue de la caisse et les clôtures journalières
La coordination avec les autres services (étages, restauration, direction)
Le suivi des demandes clients et la résolution des éventuels litiges
Vous représentez l’image et les valeurs de l’établissement, garantissant un service professionnel, chaleureux et efficace.
Qualifications
Expérience en réception hôtelière ou dans un poste similaire souhaitée (pas obligatoire)
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (ex : Pack Office) et aisance sur un ordinateur
Bonne présentation et sens du service client
Organisation, rigueur et esprit d’équipe
Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit)
Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires variables (matin, soir, week-end)
