Job Description
Leads Plant org unit- Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section
Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section
Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Functional accountability for product Section on Country level
Qualifications
Education : University degree
Experience : Min 7 years of experience in production related position (Prod/PAI/QM/VCM …) with a minimum of 3 years in Leadership position
Languages : Fluent Frensh and English B2
