Job Description
- Ensure the implementation of the company’s Human Resources strategy, policies, proceses and tools
- Be responsible for all areas of personnel management, including recruitment, training and development, payroll, personnel administration, and employee relations
- Develop programs that attract, develop, and retain employees within the company
- Design and implement programs to increase employee motivation and engagement
- Provide effective support and consultancy to senior management on HR-related matters
- Improve the quality and efficiency of human resources through talent management and development programs
- Identify business needs and implement appropriate HR solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor legislation
- Act as a mediator in resolving company-wide and employee-related issues
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to personnel management and payroll processes
- Manage and develop the Human Resources team
Qualifications
Functional / Professional
- Master's in human resources or business administration
- A min of 8 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry
