As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests and balancing accounts from the day shift. You will be handling end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation.

What you’ll do
· Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
· Use of Front Desk systems (PMS, WebHotelier, Booking Channels)
· Answer incoming calls
· Escorting guests to their rooms when needed
· Verify guests’ payment method
· Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Close guests accounts and check guests out
· Maintain a neat and orderly Front Desk and Reception area
· Process invoices
· Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
· Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
· Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
· Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
· Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
· Keep accurate financial records
Requirements
· Proven work experience as a Night Auditor, Front Office Receptionist or similar role, ideally in a 5* hotel environment
· Excellent command of the English language
· Knowledge of any additional language will be considered as an asset
· Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)
· An eye for detail
· Good problem-solving skills
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Excellent interpersonal skills
