Finance Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Description

As our operations continue to grow, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as Finance Assistant Manager / Manager.

You will be responsible for supporting on financial management and asset and liability management related work.

Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Be responsible for daily financial management and related operational activities and responsible for enhancing financial management processes and internal controls.
• Prepare and coordinate regular financial statements, management reports, and regulatory reporting materials. 
• Responsible for asset and liability management related work, including liquidity, funding, pricing analysis and monitoring. 
• Coordinate financial management matters related to cross-border entities.
• Responsible for budgeting, financial forecasting, and business performance analysis. 
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on regulatory, audit, and other ad hoc matters. 
• Perform other projects assigned by the department.  

Qualifications

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking or Business Related Studies.
• Work Experience: at least 4 years.
• Hard skills: Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills, knowledge of VBA or other programming language will be an advantage
• Language: Fluency in English, Chinese and French will be an advantage
