Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing enquiries related to Canon's consumer electronics products including cameras, printers, and imaging solutions.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are absolutely essential for this role.
  • Valid EU passport or EU citizenship (mandatory requirement).
  • A genuine interest in consumer electronics, technology, and digital imaging products, with the ability to quickly acquire in-depth product knowledge.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is highly advantageous, particularly within the consumer electronics or technology industry.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection, and able to manage workload independently while adhering to team standards and schedules.
