Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are mandatory for this role — this is an exclusively Dutch-speaking position serving Dutch-language markets.
A valid EU passport or the legal right to reside and work within the European Union is required.
A genuine interest in or prior experience within the consumer electronics, home appliances, or technology support sector is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers across multiple channels.
Solid computer literacy, including the ability to navigate CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and digital communication tools with confidence.
