We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager – Marketplace to drive online sales growth and strengthen brand presence across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for managing marketplace operations, optimizing product visibility, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring revenue growth across multiple digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to maximize marketplace performance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings, catalog accuracy, merchandising, pricing, and promotions across major marketplace and quick-commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive product visibility through platform advertising, sponsored listings, promotional campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- Coordinate with brand, creative, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product content, images, banners, and campaign assets.
- Conduct competitor analysis to evaluate pricing, assortment, promotions, and market positioning.
- Plan and execute promotional calendars aligned with business objectives and seasonal demand.
- Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective stock planning.
- Generate regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketplace effectiveness.
- Support new product launches and marketplace expansion initiatives to increase brand reach and market share.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably within retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or personal care sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalog management, digital merchandising, and online sales optimization.
- Proven experience driving revenue growth through marketplace advertising, promotions, and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on expertise in managing product catalogs and ensuring accurate, compelling product listings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketplace data, identify trends, and implement growth strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, operations, and supply chain.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for e-commerce, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
