We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AI-driven application development to build scalable, intelligent backend systems. This role involves designing and developing high-performance services, integrating LLM-powered workflows, implementing agentic AI architectures, and contributing to platform-level technical decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams while driving engineering excellence, system reliability, and innovation in AI-native products.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable Java-based microservices and backend applications.
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows using LLM frameworks and agent orchestration patterns.
- Develop semantic search, knowledge retrieval, and graph-based data solutions using modern database technologies.
- Implement reliable workflow orchestration and asynchronous processing systems.
- Lead end-to-end feature development from design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Establish observability standards, monitoring, logging, and performance tracking for production systems.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineers to define technical solutions and platform strategy.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote engineering best practices.
- Improve application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across systems.
- Contribute to testing strategies and ensure high-quality software delivery.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5–7 years of strong software engineering experience with Java and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, LLM integrations, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Expertise in building scalable microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience with vector databases, graph databases, and workflow orchestration platforms.
- Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, and production system management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and modern deployment practices.
- Passion for clean code, quality engineering, and solving complex technical challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to mentor and lead technical initiatives.
