As a Senior Analyst – Vendor Reconciliation at Flora Food Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Accounts Payable balances through end-to-end vendor reconciliation activities. The role focuses on reconciling vendor statements, invoices, payments, and credits while identifying and resolving discrepancies across global entities. You will leverage SAP S/4HANA and reporting tools to analyze financial data, support period-end close activities, and maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Working closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Treasury, Finance teams, and external vendors, you will drive timely issue resolution and financial accuracy. This role is critical in strengthening reconciliation governance, improving process efficiency, and supporting operational excellence within a global shared services environment.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
Advanced SAP Knowledge and Financial Analysis Skills – Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/MM), including AP reporting, data extraction, invoice and payment analysis, reconciliation of large datasets, and interpretation of financial reports to ensure account accuracy.
Deep Understanding of Purchase-to-Pay and Payment Cycles – Solid knowledge of the end-to-end PtP process, including invoice lifecycle management, payment runs, clearing activities, adjustments, and handling unapplied or unmatched transactions impacting vendor balances.
Strong Problem-Solving and Stakeholder Management Capabilities – Proven ability to identify root causes of reconciliation discrepancies, resolve invoice and payment issues, and collaborate effectively with Vendors, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Treasury, and Finance teams to drive timely closure.
Attention to Detail, Ownership, and Continuous Improvement Mindset – High level of accuracy in managing period-end activities, compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements, combined with a proactive approach to process standardization, governance improvements, and operational excellence within a global shared services environment.
