Key Account Specialist (Modern Trade)
Location: Prague, CZ | Full-time
Fixed-term contract for 1 year
Flora Food Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CZSK Junior Sales Coordinator to join our commercial team in the Czech Republic. This role is a key support function for our Key Account Managers (Modern Trade) and offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in FMCG sales.
Your role
You will play an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the sales team, combining analytical tasks, coordination, and communication with both internal stakeholders and retail partners.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage listing cards and product documentation for retail customers
- Support communication with retail partners’ assistants and administrative contacts
- Maintain and update pricing, promotional and forecast files
- Actively participate in customer and market analysis
- Prepare customer presentations and sales materials
- Assist with sales forecasting and estimation processes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of internal databases and reporting tools
- Manage contracts, documentation and folder organization
- Coordinate across teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Provide daily support to two Key Account Managers
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and tasks for the Sales Director and Finance team
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- University degree (or final-year student), preferably in business, economics or similar
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Excel (power queries, pivot tables and data handling are a strong advantage) + Power point
- Structured, organized and reliable way of working
- Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
- Positive, team-oriented personality
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and business communicative English
