Project Manager (Aeternal Hospitality & Development)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Athens. This is a key leadership role for a highly organized and results-driven professional who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of hospitality and real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hospitality and real estate development projects from concept through completion and handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved architectural and engineering drawings, quality standards, health & safety regulations, and applicable legislation.
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure works are executed according to agreed quality standards.
• Oversee procurement activities and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manage contractor and supplier performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover procedures.
• Ensure the proper collection and delivery of As-Built drawings, operation manuals, maintenance documentation, and all required technical records.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management.
• Represent Aeternal Hospitality & Development in meetings with consultants, authorities, partners, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Previous experience in hospitality developments, luxury hotels, or high-end residential projects will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Professional proficiency in both Greek and English.
• Willingness to travel when required.
