Shipping Analyst - Valuator

Seaborne Shipbrokers S.A. is a leading provider of client-focused Shipbroking services based in Athens, Greece, offering expertise in Sale & Purchase, Newbuildings Contracting, Chartering, Financial Advisory, Research, and Valuations to Shipowners, Private and Public Equity investors, and Credit Institutions.

We are seeking a Shipping Analyst – Valuator to join our valuations desk and contribute to a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vessel valuations and support asset pricing analysis
• Produce reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• ~3–6 years of relevant experience in shipping finance, valuation, research, or sales & purchase analysis
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Solid understanding of shipping markets and asset values
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and banks

Nice to have:

• Exposure to shipping market research and market trend analysis

Preferred Background:

• Experience in a shipping finance bank, valuation desk, or established shipbroking house
