The timing is the whole point. The $500B+ global agency services market is old and broken, and AI just blew the supply side open: 100+ AI-native services launched in the past year alone, with no platform connecting buyers to the new shape of supply. That gap has been open for years. We're building the company that fills it.

 

Role summary

We're an early-stage startup looking for our founding Project Manager to oversee cross-functional operations, improve business processes, and drive key company initiatives.

You'll work closely with leadership and department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, strong cross-functional alignment, and exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational excellence, project management, technology fluency, and a continuous improvement mindset.

 

What you'll own

Operations & Process Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of company operations, workflows, and business functions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

  • Build and maintain scalable workflows, SOPs, and best practices.

Performance Monitoring & Systems

  • Build and manage operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems.

  • Monitor business performance and identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

  • Leverage AI, automation, and technology tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Ensure operational data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

Project Execution

  • Lead company-wide projects from planning through execution.

  • Manage timelines, resources, stakeholders, and project risks.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure operational processes support excellent customer experiences.

  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Partner with customer-facing teams to improve service delivery and resolve operational issues.

     

Who we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of business operations, process design, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience building dashboards, operational reporting systems, and KPI frameworks.

  • Comfortable working with data, identifying root causes, and driving operational improvements.

  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with business systems, automation tools, and AI-powered workflows.

  • Strong cross-functional communication.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous early-stage environment.

  • Native or near-native English, with a strong grasp of North American business culture and market dynamics.
