About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing affiliate and agent partnerships to drive user growth and enhance business performance in the Vietnam market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, agents, and business partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and agents
- Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies to increase user acquisition and revenue
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage affiliate agreements
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize partnership results
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve conversion and retention rates
- Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for business growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Management, Agent Development, Business Development, or related roles
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong understanding of online marketing and user acquisition strategies
- Existing affiliate, agent, KOL, or media resources are highly preferred
- Familiarity with the Vietnam market is an advantage
- Native Vietnamese speaker preferred
- Candidates with Chinese or English communication skills will be given priority
- Must travel for work when required
