Job Description

As the Global Senior Marketing Manager, Workwear, you will command the global strategic direction for our workwear portfolio, driving market leadership and commercial success for our specialized Embelex solutions that are vital to workwear integrity and compliance across industrial environments. This is a high-impact role that demands the execution of fully integrated global marketing campaigns, with the goal of driving tangible brand growth and client engagement, and securing revenue growth across our workwear ecosystem. The successful candidate will act as a pivotal, trusted strategic partner to the global commercial leadership team, facilitating proactive alignment of all marketing initiatives with core business goals. Success requires a clear focus on market development, deep command of complex global B2B markets, and strong external visibility across global workwear, laundry, and safety industries.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a remote position based in the United States. Key responsibilities include:

  • Forge global market awareness and aggressively build brand equity for Avery Dennison’s workwear solutions, cementing the company as an undisputed thought leader.

  • Architect, launch, and relentlessly optimize integrated global campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels, masterfully tailored to influence the workwear buying committee.

  • Lead the charge with the Events team to define the dominant brand presence, messaging, and product positioning at major global workwear, safety, and textile trade shows.

  • Act as the mission-critical central marketing authority, bridging the gap between Product Management, Regulatory/Compliance, Commercial Sales, and Global Creative teams.

  • Rigorously analyze global campaign data, regional sales performance, and ROI to precisely measure marketing impact and accountability.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a proven background specifically within the workwear, protective apparel (PPE), or industrial textile laundry industries.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field; MBA a plus.

  • Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional global teams, with the ability to manage potential direct reports.

  • Proven track record of creative and conceptual ideation, with the ability to translate complex, technical product attributes into compelling, visually engaging, and innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of the workwear ecosystem, including industrial laundry durability requirements, safety/regulatory standards, and corporate uniform procurement channels.
