Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our sales organization in driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and determine fit for Adidas products and solutions
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings set
  • Stay informed about Adidas products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect conversations and market insights
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or related role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets and quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in prospecting activities
  • Passion for sports, fitness, and the Adidas brand
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify ideal customer profiles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales engagement tools
