About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance their experience
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates efficiently and accurately
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and process enhancements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a client-facing role is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences
  • Strong active listening skills and genuine empathy for customer concerns
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset
  • Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
