Engineer AI Applications and Delivery (m/f/d)

Job Description

The Engineer AI Applications and Delivery is responsible for the efficient design and implementation of AI solutions and applications within the IT organization.

Furthermore, the role supports internal stakeholders by providing consulting and guidance as trusted advisor on the selection of appropriate technologies for the effective use of AI solutions.

In addition, the role participates and contributes to the IT service operations, for example Incident and Change Management, including Admin on Duty as well as other tasks.

This position is ideal for recent graduates who bring strong technical foundations, as well as for candidates with initial professional experience who are eager to grow within a dynamic, international environment. You will collaborate across teams and geographies, so excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Profound knowledge in machine learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strengths in working with Cloud Computing, mainly AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, especially IaaS and PaaS services, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Solid knowledge in programming, scripting, software engineering, software architecture
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented manner
• Understanding the principles of IT operations, DevOps practices, and IT Service Management
• Experiences in project management methods, especially agile / SCRUM-based
• Intercultural competence and readiness to work in an international team environment
• Languages: English C1 level; German language skills are an advantage as the roles interacts within German-speaking offices.
